Our goal is to work together with our consumers to provide better-fitting clothing for a wider range of body types. We are a TRUE TO CHART brand and are working to eliminate the belief that there is such a thing as ‘true to size’ - the fact of the matter is, sizing is whatever a brand delineates it to be and it is the brand’s responsibility to ensure that the fit of the product they are selling corresponds with the fit described in their chart. Pinecone Row is a self-funded brand that prides itself on being TRUE TO CHART and for this reason, we ask that you thoroughly review our measuring chart and check your measurements prior to purchase.
Pinecone Row Return Policy
- ALL ITEMS AT PINECONE ROW ARE FINAL SALE ITEMS. NO RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
- Under rare and special circumstances at Pinecone Row’s discretion will certain exchanges be honored.
- If the exchange is granted, merchandise must be in new unused condition with all labels and tags attached to the product.   Â
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and must be shipped with tracking ability.
